Invite members to join your Board and share content effectively:
Inviting Members
- Tap “Add members”.
- Inside the menu, tap “Share invite link” and choose a channel to send the invite.
- The recipient will see your Invitation Page and, where they can join by adding their email - Join now".
Sharing Your Board as a Link
- Tap the “Share” icon, and the recipient will receive a link to your Board.
- The recipient will see your Invitation Page and, where they can join by adding their email - Join now".
You can also share a specific folder via a link. Select or enter the folder, then tap the “share icon”.
If the recipient is already a member, they can tap "Open Boards" and will be directed to the specific folder inside the Board.
If the Add members invite link is disabled by the Board´s creator, the recipient can only open the folder link in the app, select the content, and save it to their Boards.
