Manage members on your Board
Viewing Members
- Enter your Board and tap
Add Members.
- Once members join via the invitation page link or email, you’ll see them listed alphabetically under “Members.”
Member Permissions
- Tap
next to a member’s email to view their permissions:
- “Can View Only”: Members who join your Board via an invite link will appear as "View Only." They can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Only co-editors have this permission. This is the default setting when adding members via the Invite link.
- “Can View & Share”: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Only co-editors have this permission. Additionally, they can add other members to the Board via email. This is the default setting when adding members via email.
Removing Members
To remove a member, tap “Remove.”
