Subscriptions are handled by App Store / Play Store. So first, please check if your store account settings are enabled to do in-app purchases and if your payment method is valid.
I am having problems with my paid subscription
If your purchase is still pending it means that your subscription is not already available and the App Store / Google Play has to approve your subscription.
Remember that purchases can take some days to clear with your payment method.
Pending means, it has not been charged to your account yet and your account wasn't upgraded to the Business Plan, so you are not in a free trial yet.
The subscription needs to be confirmed, but the charge will be done after the 14 days trial if you don't cancel it.

Currently, upgrades can only be done from the mobile app, on an individual basis. This means that you can not upgrade two different accounts with the same App Store / Play Store account
